He was born on September 3, 2012, to Grant and television producer Anna Eberstein. John is 11 years old, as of now.

"Stylistically, I'm probably more like my mother than my father," he stated. She used to be really ridiculous around us as kids, making lots of funny voices. I don't know if my kids love it, but I do that with them. Half the time, they roll their eyes."
